Most services are matched and delivered within one to two weeks, depending on the task. Exact timing depends on your mentor's schedule, and you'll coordinate it with them directly on the platform.
Rare, since we cover nearly every specialty. If your exact fit isn't available, we'll propose the closest strong alternative, for example another surgical subspecialist if no neurosurgery resident is free. If it isn't right for you, you decline and your card is never charged.
